The Sit & Go 2.0, now at Poker Host!

What is the Sit & Go 2.0 Gameplay? A structure in which each event allows a 20 second distribution period which allows players to choose ONE CARD out of a 55 card deck.

In the pre-game phase, players determine the prize pool that you’ll be playing for; the red cards mean stop, green cards mean keep going, and each gold card activates a progressive jackpot.

What is the ultimate objective of the game?  To reveal 9 green cards before revealing a red card.  When a player turns over a green card, the prize pool for the Sit & Go game about to start increases along with the number of players being paid.

In the Progressive Jackpot; in a game the gold cards will activate Three Individual Jackpots. With the first turned gold card a Mini Jackpot is activated. With the second gold card a Medium Jackpot and lastly the third gold card activates a MEGA Jackpot.

The Sit& Go 2.0 uses 9 green cards and if all of the green cards are turned over BEFORE hitting a red card; the Progressive Jackpots will be in play. The magnitude of each mentioned jackpot is generated based on the amount of gold cards that are revealed BEFORE all 9 green cards are turned over but if a red card is turned AFTER one or all gold cards are revealed, the progressive jackpot will not be in play.

1. Picking your card:

2. Before reveling the card, a prize poll will be displayed showing how many players it pays:

3. Pick your card, the pre-game starts reveling the card of the person located left to the dealer.

4. The first player will reveal the card and if it is green the prize pool and the amount of paid players will change:

5. The second player shows his card and if gold; the secondary prize pool: the mini-jackpot is displayed just on the left side of the guaranteed prize pool. The green card counter can be located under the jackpot prize meter:

6. A third player shows his picked card; green. The prize pool plus the total of paid players will change once again:

7. The last 2 players show their cards; both showing green. Allowing for the prize pool and the total of players who will be paid to change and increase both totals.

When a red card is turned over, the pre-game finalizes and the prize pool is determined. *When a red card turns before all NINE green cards the jackpot does not run in that round*

These are the 3 types of jackpot games:

  • Mini-Jackpot: Is played when or If ONE gold card plus all 9 green cards are revealed. The Mini-jackpot prize pool is 10% of the total jackpot.
  • Medium-jackpot: Is played when or If TWO gold cards plus all 9 green cards are revealed. The Medium-jackpot prize pool is 25% of the total jackpot.
  • The Mega-Jackpot: is when or If THREE gold cards plus all 9 green cards are revealed. The Mega prize pool is 75% of the total jackpot.

The size of each Jackpot is determined by the buy-in of the event; higher stakes guarantee a greater jackpot, like:

Stake Jackpot Available Buy-in % Towards Jackpot
 $       5.00 20% 1.47%
 $    10.00 40% 1.47%
 $    25.00 100% 1.47%
 $    50.00 100% 0.74%
 $  100.00 100% 0.41%

For example:

  • On a $5 + $0.50 game.
  • The $45 total in buy-ins (9 players each pay $5 for the buy-in) means that $0.66 cents goes towards the jackpot.
  • The jackpot is $100,000.
  • Because it’s a $5 + $0.50 game, $20,000 of the jackpot is available to them ($100,000 * 20%).
  • The players picked 2 gold cards and 9 green cards. This is a Medium jackpot prize, which is 25% of the jackpot available.  The prize pool for the $5 buy-in game is $5,000 ($20,000 * 25%).
