Frequently Asked Questions

Platinum Reward Program FAQs

What are Prestige Points?

Prestige Points (PPs) are used to determine your Level in Platinum Reward Program. You will earn PPs by playing in raked ring games, and by paying tournament fees. For every Prestige Points you earn, you will also earn Master Points. The number of Master Points you can earn for every Prestige Points depends on your Level in the Platinum Reward Program.

Note that while you earn Master Points for every Prestige Points earned, you do not earn Prestige Points for every Master Points earned. This means if you earn extra Master Points through a promotion, or through a Level bonus, you will not receive extra Prestige Points. You can earn extra Master Points without earning Prestige Points (PPs), but the only way to earn Prestige Points (PPs) is to play real-money poker.

Can I lose my Level?

Yes, but if you keep playing the way you have been playing, there is no reason to lose it. Your Bronze, Silver and Gold Level last until the end of the calendar month that follows the month in which you qualified. For example, if you have earned 3,000 PPs from May 1st through 20th, you will achieve Gold Level for June. Your status will last until the end of June. If you have earned enough Prestige Points in June, you will keep your status. Or if you have earned enough Prestige Points for the next status, we will move you up a Level.

What if I don’t earn enough Prestige Points in June to qualify for my status in July? Do I still get the bonus MPs for June? Yes, you will earn MPs and bonuses according to whatever Level you are during that month.

Why do I see two Prestige Point counters in my account?

We keep track of both your monthly and your yearly Prestige Points. We reset your monthly Prestige Points counter at the start of every month, so you will need to earn the same number of Prestige Points you did last month to maintain your Level in the program (or earn more to move up a Level). Your yearly Prestige Points counter tracks all Prestige Points earned since January 1st. Your yearly tally is used to determine entry into our Top-Tier (Executive Platinum or Platinum Elite) AND to help you earn cash rewards through our Upper class Rewards.

Do prestige Points expire?

Yes they do. When you check your Level, you will see two PP counters—a monthly and a yearly one. The monthly counter is reset on the first of each month. The yearly counter resets every January 1st. We use the monthly one to determine your Level month-to-month, and the yearly one to determine whether you have Executive Platinum or Platinum Elite status at the end of the year

Why can’t I see the new Platinum Reward Program in the Rewards Tab?

RakeBack players are not allowed to enjoy the benefits of our new Loyalty Program. If any RakeBack player decides to do a one-time account conversion to the Platinum Reward Program it is possible. Simply contact [email protected] , we will be more than glad to help in the transition.

Where do I find out what my Player Level is?

By clicking the "Loyalty points” tab in the poker client, you’ll find your level and other valuable information.

Can I purchase items or enter tournaments with Prestige Points?

No, Prestige Points are used exclusively to track your Level. To buy items from the Store, you will need to use your Master Points.

What are Master Points?

Think of a Master Points as currency. Use your Master Points to buy merchandise from our online store, to enter tourneys, or get access to free cash.

Will my Master Points ever expire?

Yes, they will expire if you have not earned at least one Master Point within one calendar year. All it takes is one Master Points to keep your Master Points account active, so you will not have to worry as long as you love to play poker.

Can I purchase anything I want from the store?

You can purchase anything that is available to players of your Level. So if you were a Diamond last month, but this month you are a Silver, you will only be eligible to buy items available to Silver.
