The Final table for the Foxwoods Poker Classic is set with two top name pros vying for the title. Eric Seidl and Ted Forrest are the two chip leaders for what should be an excellent final table. The World Poker Tour event at Foxwoods has suffered in popularity the last couple of years and this year’s field was down to only 346 players. That still made for a prize pool of almost 3.5 million with the first place prize of $967,300 and a $25,000 seat at the WPT Championship.

Challenging Seidl and Forrest at the final table will be Internet pro Adam Katz, Frank Cieri, Robert Richardson, and Andrew Barta. Here is a look at the chip counts and seat positions for the Final table of the Foxwoods Poker Classic.

Seat 1: Erik Seidel - 3,820,000
Seat 2: Frank Cieri - 403,000
Seat 3: Robert Richardson - 526,000
Seat 4: Ted Forrest - 2,347,000
Seat 5: Andrew Barta - 1,522,000
Seat 6: Adam Katz - 2,311,000

In other World Poker Tour news, Casino Barcelona has announced that it will be hosting the World Poker Tour Event for the second time. The event will be held in May and is scheduled to attract 400 players. The entry fee is $5,000 plus $300. The main event will start on May 24 with the finals being held on May 27th.

The first stop in the WPT Canada will be the Coast to Coast Poker Championships in Richmond, B.C. at the River Rock Casino. They are expecting about 2,650 players and a combined prize pool for all seven events of around $2.4 million. The Main Event is scheduled to run on May 9-10 with a player cap of 550 and a $2,800 +$200 buy-in. It offers a top prize of $377,300 based on a full field.
