New Software Features

Our poker room is proud to present our players with a new and improved poker software, designed with the poker player in mind. This update is full of new and exciting features to make your poker play more interesting for the regular player and to help the professional player improve their play. We have received many responses from our players that the new software is exactly what they were looking for. We hope you enjoy it as much as us.

Poker Avatars

Simply right click on your position and upload your avatar. You also have the option of making notes about an opponent and rate him by using colored pushpins. The avatar of any player can be blocked from sight if the image is considered as offensive. Added to this, all players’ avatar images can be hidden by selecting this option from the “Table Options” dialog box.

Upload Avatars

You can always upload your own personalized avatar image or you may download the .rar file below and choose from any of our designed avatars. After extracting the file, you will find all the poker avatars located in the C:\Microgaming\Poker\PokerHostMPP\Avatars folder located on your computer.

Multiple Table Sizes

All tables can be resized from a maximum of 800x600 pixels to a minimum of 480x360 pixels. The poker tables can also be tiled when playing multiple tables, according to a players’s screen resolution.

Player Statistics

The new poker software shows you the percentages of your folds, checks, calls, bets, raises and reraises, games won, showdowns won, etc. These statistics can be reset at anytime.

Player Action Plaques

They visually represent a player’s aggression level and are displayed on top of the player’s avatars. Different colors represent different actions:

Table Appearance

The new software gives the players the option to make their own combinations of felt and carpet. There are six different carpet colors and six felts, for you to change them anytime you want.

Sitting Preferences

Poker Host allows players to choose the position they’re more comfortable with, regardless of the number of seats of the table. This option can be selected for all tables played, or only for the current table.

Instant Hand History

The Hand History information is available from the first complete hand that a player observes or participates in, until the table is closed. Players can scroll back and forth through the hands, just by clicking the “Hand History” link on the table. The Instant Hand History and Game History are totally updated. The Instant Hand History is available on a per table, per session basis. This option allows players to see the hand number, their own cards if they participated, the community cards, any other player cards that were revealed during the hand, all mucked cards during a contested showdown, the value of the pot, their contribution to the pot and the hand’s chat.

Hand History from the Lobby

The hand history can also be accessed from the “Preferences” menu in the Poker Lobby. This option enables the player to search for specific hands, using basic or advanced search criteria, such as the hands played in the last specified number of days, the last specified number of hands, games in which the player participated or all games, including those that were only observed. Other search criteria include: table name, tournament ID, table type and game type.

When the search results are displayed, the player will be able to see the hand number, table name, table type, game type, hole cards, who was the winner of the hand, among other useful information.
