As you analyze opponents playing online poker, you are going to meet and encounter a lot of different types of players. Each one will have their individual characteristics, styles, patterns, strengths and weaknesses and overall personality. You will start to understand your poker opponents as you play with them more and more. You always want to respect poker opponents as a potential threat and never get too confident that you will simply beat someone, even if they are a weak player.

You should still treat weak poker opponents as a legitimate and potential threat so that you always keep your obvious edge over them and defeat them time after time, especially when playing Texas Holdem poker. When you become overconfident you become distracted and you end up playing down to the level of those weak players.
