Online multiplayer poker has exploded during the past few years, especially Texas Holdem poker, and bad beats are now routine events. Online multiplayer poker bad beats might not happen as much as you think.

For example, let's say you have your pair of Aces and get beat by someone that draws to a straight in online multiplayer poker. That is a bad beat. Let's say you have a pair of Kings and the flop comes A-K-10 in online multiplayer poker. If the other player has something like Q-10 and hits a Jack on the turn or the river it could be considered a bad beat for you in online poker.

Another thing to look at with online multiplayer poker bad beats is how the hand developed. It could be that a player suffered a bad beat because they played the hand poorly. There are going to be times when you do suffer truly bad beats in online multiplayer poker. Someone might hit the straight, trips, or flush on the river to beat your top pair in online multiplayer poker. That is just online poker and it sucks.

With so many new players taking up Texas Holdem the bad beats are increasing in online poker because Texas Holdem is becoming no foldem Holdem. Eventually you will take the new player's money and overcome the bad beats in online multiplayer poker. Just make sure you don't play bad poker and open yourself up for even more bad beats along the way.
