David "The Dragon" Pham has won Card Player's poker Player of the Year award. David Pham won the Player of the Year award back in 2000 so he joins T.J. Cloutier and Men Nguyen as the only other poker players to have won the poker Player of the Year award more than once. David Pham had 18 in the money finishes that included 11 final tables and four victories and has won more than $1.8 million in total prize money for 2007.
