Before getting down to the final table Sebok and his father, Barry Greenstein played at the same table but Greenstein was eliminated in 31st place. Other well known poker pros finishing in the money were David Daneshgar (45th), Josh Arieh (44th) and Minh Nguyen (41st). The last remaining female player was Anna Wroblewski, and she finished in 42nd place. She had some bad luck going out as her Kings were cracked by an A-10. Other notable pros in the money were David Chiu (35th), Jordan Morgan (33rd), Dutch Boyd (30th), and “Miami” John Cernuto (27th). The chip leader for a long while was Gavin Griffin but his reckless style often gets him into trouble and he went out in 20th place. Eighteen players are left and they will battle down to a final six for the World Poker Tour final table. The favorite at this point would have to be David Pham but other contenders include Markholt and even Dan Harrington who sits in 12th position. Although Sebok has the chip lead he has not proven he can win big tournaments. Here are the remaining players and their chip counts: Joe Sebok – $1,057,000 |
